A: Once you join, you get instant access to download any and all designs in our library! You can download as many as you want, as often as you want, during your membership period. New designs are added monthly (25+ designs worth $60+ each month), so your membership keeps getting more valuable. Simply log into your member portal, browse by category (tumblers, pens, mouse pads, etc.), and download the high-resolution files you need for your projects.

Q: What are the terms of use?

A: All designs include full commercial use rights for physical products – meaning you can use them to create and sell tumblers, t-shirts, coasters, and any other physical items for your business or gift giving. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or give away the digital design files themselves. The designs are for your use only to create physical products for sale.

Q: How many new products are added each month?

A: We add a minimum of 25 new designs every month (valued at $60+ monthly), ensuring fresh content for your business. These range from seasonal designs to trending themes to member-requested styles. All new designs are automatically included in your membership at no extra cost, so your design library keeps growing in both size and value!

Q: Can I get custom designs?

A: Yes! We welcome custom design requests from our members. While we can’t guarantee every request will be created, we do our best to incorporate popular requests into our new releases. Submit your ideas through your member portal or email us directly. We love hearing what designs would help your business succeed!

Q: What types of designs are included each month?

A: Our 25+ monthly designs include a variety across all categories in the shop: tumblers, shirts, pens, coasters, and more. We ensure at least 5 designs in each major category monthly, with additional designs based on trends and member requests.

Q: What file formats do I get?

A: All designs come as high-resolution 300 DPI in the format best suited for the product design. These include PNG files, JPG files, SVG files, and PDF files. See the details on the product page to see what you get with each individual design.

Q: Do I retain access to downloaded designs if I cancel?

A: Yes! Any designs you download during your active membership are yours to keep and use commercially forever, even after cancellation. You just won’t have access to download new designs or re-download files.

Q: Is there a download limit?

A: No limits! Download as many designs as you want, as often as you want, during your membership. Whether you need 5 designs or 500, it’s all included.

Q: What design categories are included?

A: Our library includes designs for tumblers, pen wraps, mouse pads, t-shirts, coasters, tote bags, garden flags, printable bookmarks, Bible tabs, clipart, planner printouts, phone cases, cutting boards, Press & Paint Projects™️, and more. Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access for the remainder of your paid membership after cancelling. Memberships are non-refundable due to the significant savings and immediate access to our entire design library. Please see our refund and returns policy for more details.

Q: Can I use these for my print-on-demand business?

A: Absolutely! Our designs are perfect for POD platforms like Printful, Printify, and others. Create products to sell on Etsy, Amazon, or your own store.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes, you can. Memberships can be cancelled within your membership area at any time with no penalties, though they’re non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. You’ll retain access through your current billing period.

Q: It would be cool if you could add craft tutorials using your designs, too. Would you ever consider that?
