Digital Products: No Refunds or Returns
All of our products are digital downloads, which means you get instant access to your designs as soon as your payment is complete. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final—we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products, including individual designs and bundles.
If you have any trouble accessing your files or something isn’t working as expected, please contact us right away! We’re always happy to help with download issues or questions.
Memberships & Subscriptions
When you sign up for a Cute & Crafty membership, you’ll get unlimited access to all our digital designs for as long as your subscription is active. Here’s how it works:
- Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you decide to cancel.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. After canceling, you’ll still have access to all the designs until the end of your current billing period—no surprise cutoffs!
- No Refunds: Since memberships provide instant access to our full library, we do not offer refunds for any portion of your subscription, including partial months.

Bundles
Bundles are one-time purchases that give you access to a curated collection of designs. There’s no rebilling or recurring charges for bundles. As with all digital products, all bundle sales are final and non-refundable.
